Once Upon a Kitchen returned to Miami during Formula 1 week, in partnership with the iconic Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club creating an intimate stage for one of the world’s most exclusive culinary experiences. Hosted inside the elegant Lido Restaurant, the evening brought together an extraordinary lineup of chefs: Massimo Bottura (Osteria Francescana), Virgilio Martínez (Central, voted World’s Best Restaurant 2023), Marco Calenzo (Executive Chef of The Surf Club), and Bernardo Paladini (Torno Subito, Dubai).
Guests were treated to a multi-course journey where each chef showcased their distinctive culinary voice, blending Bottura’s avant-garde Italian creations, Martínez’s deep exploration of Peru’s biodiversity, and the refined coastal inspirations of Calenzo and Paladini. Throughout the night, the chefs engaged directly with attendees, offering personal insights into their craft, creative processes, and philosophies.
Curated by The GR8 Experience, Once Upon a Kitchen 2025 reimagined the boundaries of a traditional dinner, creating a free-flowing, interactive atmosphere where guests could fully immerse themselves in the flavors, stories, and artistry behind each dish. Against the backdrop of The Surf Club’s timeless elegance, this year’s edition delivered an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime epicurean celebration.
